Adult Therapy
We recognise that challenges we experience when we are older can hold us back from leading a happy and fulfilled life. This could be something triggered from our
childhood or incidents which occur as an adult. Relationships, children, work, bereavement can sometimes throw us a curve ball creating challenges and disruptions.
Firstly, we would like you to know that ‘you are not alone’ we are here to help you through the tough times, providing support, resources and tools to help you overcome life’s obstacles. We can provide you with a safe, non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and beliefs. We will empower you to gain self understanding, increase your sense of well-being and reach your goals.
We use a variety of talking therapies including humanistic, psychotherapy and CBT.
