Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy often referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 19th century and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioners palm to their patient.

When our energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. Reiki works on the whole person, including body, emotions, mind, and spirit, promoting a sense of well-being.
